HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in Phoenix across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
