HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone River Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 476 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR.
