HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Sable Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
