HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
