HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Cobalt Construction Group is a Philadelphia contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 940 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
