HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Philadelphia area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
