HR Business Partner - employee relations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
