HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Harbor Freight is a Omaha logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
