HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Nest Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
