HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Bright Rowan Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
