HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Junction Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
