HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Stone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
