HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Amber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
