HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Omaha with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
