HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Vista Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
