HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Summit Meadow Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
