HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
