HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Birch Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
