HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Lakeside Freight Group is a Oklahoma City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
