HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Iron Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
