HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Nest Community Partners runs community programmes across Oklahoma City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
