HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Wren Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Oklahoma City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
