HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Clear Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 560 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
