HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

Silverline Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
