HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cobalt Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
