HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Yarrow Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
