HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Quarry Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
