HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

Bright Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the New Orleans region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
