HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
