HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

Lumen Mill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the New Orleans area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
