HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Summit Ivory Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
