HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Farms is an agricultural business based around New Orleans, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
