HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Quarry Legal Group is a law firm in Nashville serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
