HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Bright Forge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Nashville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
