HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Juniper Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
