HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Sable Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
