HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Willow Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 789 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
