HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Vale Staffing places workers with employers around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
