HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Hollow Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
