HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sparrow Care Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
