HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Studio and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
