HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Bright Iron Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
