HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Bright Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Nashville serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
