HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Bright Fern Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
