HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Keystone Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
