HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Hollow Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
