HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Rook Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
