HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Sable Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
