HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Quarry Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Nashville region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 483 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
