HR Business Partner - employee relations (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Keystone Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 744 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
